The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) is established as a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation, teaching, and promotion of performing arts, including music, drama, and theatre arts in Pakistan.
As a company limited by guarantee and licensed under Section 42 of the Companies Act, NAPA does not have a share capital divided into shares. The liability of its members is limited by guarantee as per the constitutional documents.
NAPA operates exclusively for the advancement of art, culture, and education. All income and profits are applied solely toward the promotion of these non-profit objectives.
